I have used all these lenses. at f2.8, 12-35mm is better than 14mm f2.5 and par with 20mm. NO scientific prove, just my experience.

yup, as replied above, 14mm f2.5 sweep spot is at f4.

Singapore market is too small for Panasonic to send their shipment here first. We have to wait and wait and wait.
