Super EBC coating, in which many layers of thin film are overlaid, achieves a surface reflectivity of 0.3% or less to suppress light reflections efficiently and to bring out the color reproducibility of the lens. (Super EBC coating is used on broadcasting camera lens and binocular lens.)
