    This set of images, show the part of the preparation work prior to a Yew Keng Procession.

    3 years have passed since I started shooting Folklore Taoism and Yew Keng Processions. I always question myself: What draws me towards the rituals and ceremonies? What does Folklore Taoism hold, that pulls me towards it?

    Is it the seemingly superhuman acts? Or is it the sensational images that I can make from it? Am I taking advantage of this (I believe) dying religion?
